Brendon Rearick | Owner, Coach, Massage Therapist

Website: BrendonRearick.com

Credentials: 10+ Years of coaching experience (including youth athletes, adults, and several professional athletes), Certified Functional Strength Coach and Educator, licensed massage therapist, Certified Nutrition Coach, Author of Coaching Rules, and public speaker in fitness and S&C (Perform Better and NSCA).

Biography: My mission over the last 15 years has been to make physical activity the “most commonly prescribed drug in the world," and I use strength & conditioning as my platform to see this mission through.

Growing up, I was just an average athlete. But once I found the gym, I realized I could build myself into a better athlete. I fell in love with the process, started training six days per week, and embodied the quote, “Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard.” Through strength training, I built myself into an athlete who went on to play Division III football.

Once I realized the power of proper nutrition and training, I switched my major to pursue a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst. After graduating with that degree, I gained my massage therapy license, was a head coach at one of the country's most prestigious strength & conditioning gyms, and co-founded a coaching certification education company.

Coaching allows me to share the positive benefits of movement and exercise with others. They say, "A good coach can change a game. A great coach can change a life." I strive to be a great coach

Jenny Rearick | Owner & Coach

Credentials: 10+ Years of coaching experience, Certified Functional Strength Coach and Educator, Certified Nutrition Coach (Renaissance Periodization), Certified Pre and Postnatal Coach (Girls Gone Strong), former Olympic weightlifting competitor, and Division I (Northern Illinois University) and Division III (Loras College) volleyball athlete.

Biography: Nothing has brought me more joy than helping youth athletes and adults learn how to strength train, understand and manage their nutrition habits, and appreciate what their bodies and minds can achieve. I wholeheartedly identify as a “Coach” and give my all to each person I have the honor of working with.

As a former high school and collegiate athlete (volleyball), strength training has been a part of my life since I was 14 years old. At that time, I trained to excel in my sport. Now, I train to excel in life and build a foundation to age well. My goal is to have freedom of movement until the day I die.

Outside of coaching at the gym, I’m a wife, mother of two, avid reader, adventure seeker, nature lover, and communication/public speaking coach.
