Small group Personal Training
This is our version of one-on-one personal training, but better. Traditional personal training can cost you upwards of $100 per hour. At that price point, it’s hard to train frequently enough to get results.
At Train Smarter + Harder, our small group approach offers you all the benefits of personal training but for a fraction of the cost, and with more scheduling flexibility.

Sports Performance Training (Ages 11+)
A strength & conditioning program designed specifically for high school and college athletes of all sports. We focus on building a solid athletic foundation while working toward each athlete’s individual goals.
Our unique program includes instruction in movement training, injury reduction and rehabilitation, linear and lateral speed techniques, foot speed and agility, explosive power development, proper functional strength training, and energy system conditioning.

Sports Massage (Adults & Athletes)
For adults and athletes looking to resolve a specific issue including but not limited to chronic pain/discomfort, injury, postural dysfunction, and immobility.
Every session begins with a comprehensive assessment, followed by hands-on treatment and corrective exercise. We incorporate exercise into our treatments because we believe in not only resolving your pain but also re-patterning your body to move correctly to prevent future dysfunction.
